Pack of 2 pieces, each of them has two heads. Small and Medium respectively to create buttonholes of small but different sizes. With the small head you can make buttonholes of about 3 or 4 mm. With the medium head you can make buttonholes of about 5 or 6 mmThe peculiarity of these micro buttonholes is that they are made with a Savoy knot (figure 8 knot) and remain open with a teardrop shape.
